我從來沒有這種情景而且我安裝了Norton. 希好心大俠們幫幫忙. 先謝謝名位了.

Reboot your system to safe mode.
Win+R to run MSCONFIG. Go to Startup tab and copy its content here.
We will see what are to be deleted.
