strangely, the light CPU usage from POWERDVD is not achieved by many other players. However, it would be sufficient to use any other players these days to play DVD. Not sure about blu-ray though.

I am using MediaPlayerClassic (not Microsoft version) or Realplayer, or KMPlayer.
