新買的netbook

我剛買了一台ACER的netbook, 沒有看到cd-rom, 也沒有recovery cd,大家怎麽裝殺毒軟件的呢? 怎麽裝office 呢? 這個Vista怎麽出現兩個屏幕呢? 菜鳥請求幫助.
