You should be able to download motherboard drivers from vendor, sometimes, they provide system restore image (ISO) file that you can burn to disk, or you can buy it from them, then you can install the system using that disk. You should have the OEM key code sticker on your computer case. So after you re-install the system, you should be able to activate using that key.

There is no way you can change to trail version to genuine version without a clean re-installation. Microsoft does it on purpose.
