加州老李在嗎？win 7 Ultimate升級好了，如何加中文？

給國家人新買一個筆記本Acer Aspire 7740G,看了你幫其他朋友的貼。已經成功地把係統從Windows 7 Home Premium 升級到了Ultimate。不知道下一步怎麽把係統換成中文。試過了控製麵板，好像不管用。謝謝各位大俠了。
