what incremental backup software do you use?

I am looking for an incremental backup software for Vista or Windows 7. Basically I need an simple but reliable software to backup several folders once a week. In case I accidently delete or modify a file, I can restore the old version.

Windows Vista has built-in backup tool, but it is a little confusion.

Does anyone on this forum have suggesion?
