No, in your case, you don't have to change your system time.
For example, if someone registered online on 4/1/2009, and now still want to use it, BEFORE open becker application, set computer system time to any date between last use and 3/31/2010. This should work.
For you, you don't need to. Just click "register later" when you finish installing master cd, ignore any messages, don't register.
My employer reimbursed me a portion, but i still paid a lot out of my own pocket. I know it's super expensive.
