It may be your motherboard problem. Sometimes the display adapter appears twice because there are actually more than one GPU inside: one internal one external.

Is your computer dual core? That is why it appears twice.

My dell mobile-station has 2 pairs of monitor (4 entries), 2 CPU for T7200.
