電腦老死機,原因是溫度過高,怎麽修?

ACER 的Core 2 quad 6600 係統.以前用的挺好(一年多時間吧).

爾後老死機.因為鼠標老是掉在機箱上,懷疑CPU上的散熱膏脫落.拆開機箱,沒有什麽灰,但還是重裝了風扇,塗了散熱膏(arctic silver 5).

但問題依舊.

每次死機後重啟, 查BIOS,主板溫度44C, CPU 37C.風扇970RPM.(這風扇是不是轉慢了?)

這溫度好象不該死機啊?怎麽修呢?
