不是大蝦，試一試

Control Panel >> Regional and language options >> click on tab of "languages" >> look for "Supplemental language support" >> make sure you have ticked "install files for East Asian languages" >> may require XP installation disk, reboot after installation completion.

If doesn't work, report again, then some big gun will help.
