網絡電話long waiting time and call drop

正在調試網絡電話，SPA3102接Qwest DSL, GV+SG In, VD or Raketu Out。Raketu reg on PSTN and LINE1 as gw2。Stun:stun.sipgate.net. NAP enabled on LINE1 and PSTN. 打美國效果很不錯。

問題：撥出到中國總是要等大約20秒時間。 Raketu與中國通話時有中斷，短的剛接通時，長的10分鍾後。不知是否普遍問題。你是如何解決的？
