I never though that me not being able to browse but still having a connection had anything to do with Norton anti-virus, since I uninstalled it a month ago and my problems with my browser are recent. But after trying everything from changing IP address, browser, homepage, resetting everything on my current browser and many other, I downloaded this Norton removal Tool, and afterward, no problem with my internet.
