I had a similar problem like yours before. Just call their customer services and insist to get a Level III tech support. My problem was resolved in a few minutes. I remembered the tech guy told me that there was something wrong in their regional switch system, something not turned on after they upgraded their system. Don't quote me anything because I don't know much about network.
