choose Local Agent, then you get a list of Local agent. I choose one of Golden rating. And go to it's page, use my credit card pay like $12.6 or something buy 10 euro. After 3 minutes, it shows on my count of voipdiscount.
Now call china is not free. But I still like use it. pretty stable.
