PP Customer Service responses on PP phones

Received customer service responses from Pageplus on what phones are still good with PP, Just want to share with everyone here:

We are no longer able to activate brand new phones that are built for other company’s networks or any prepaid Verizon handsets as they are strictly available for Verizon prepaid services. For best results, please make sure the phone is unlocked. We use one of the nation’s largest and most dependable networks.

We are happy to inform you that the internet and BREW features are now offered on select phones. You will need to have a Page Plus approved handset and will need to have been activated and programmed by Page Plus after August 1 2009. The approved handsets will be:

You will be able to find some of the “tech junkie” websites out there that will have other means of connecting to the internet with Smart Phones. Since we do not support this phone, we will not have information on how to complete this.
