I read the instruction (on the package) carefully and find that it says you can only activate VZ service first not other carriers service and spend VZ service for 180 days. I bought a Sumsung U350 prepaid. And now I activate it. After 180 days I will try to use PP. So, you have to activate it with VZ wireless first or you can return it if you don't unpack it.
