Avoid any INTEL Celeron laptop

Intel disabled Speedstep on most of their Celeron M cpu, which made the CPU works like a desktop CPU, contently at the highest speed, this heat would lead your laptop's life greatly shortened. Even any comparable AMD mobile CPU is cooler than a this speedstep-disabled CPU. INTEL's logo should be change to red hot, not green.
