i tried it , did not work out for me,,,,,,

i went to:

1. on the picture, click INSERT
2. got PICTURE,
3. but could not find: SET TRANSPARENT COLOR to proceed,

4. my ppt is ms-2003 version,
5, what to do next? （it seems, to get the prompt of SET TRANSPARENT COLOR is the key now, )
6. please help,
