My Dell desktop has an on board VGA connector, however, when I ordered my Dell I asked them to install an internal video card(better). So I'm using this new video card since then.
Now I want to add a monitor. Each video card(onboard + internal) only has one connector, one VGA one DVI. I tried to connect the on board connector, but nothing appears on the screen. Also in hardware property it doesn't have this video adapter.
So can I connect two monitors using this two video cards? If yes, how to activate the on board one? If no, how to connect two monitor on one video card? The card has only one DVI connector. I don't want the same screen on the two monitors, I want one screen expanded on to two screen as (one big monitor)
Thanks!
