sipgate stop working recently? anyone else has the same issue?

The route is GV-Sipgate-ATA. I was using sipgate for several months for free call in. No problem until last week. Calling GV number can only hear GV voice mail prompt, and ATA no ring at all.

I tried ipkall and it works fine. I still prefer sipgate because you can see called id.

By the way I didn't put any money in sipgate account. Does it matter?
