求教：為什麽IE8不能上網了？

可能是不小心碰到一個流氓插件，結果IE8就不能上網了。用Google Chrome上網還是沒問題的，接送E-mail也沒問題，說明網絡連接是沒問題的。
請教，怎麽修改好那？
