windows XP 不能啟動，高手們幫幫忙吧

用了5年的筆記本，突然不能啟動，提示錯誤是
Windows XP could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

用"Last Known Good Configuration" 不行
用係統盤(operating system CD)也不行, 提示點擊"R"進入Recovery Console後，也隻是讓我輸入“EXIT”後重新啟動，沒有任何作用。

機器舊了，但是裏麵有孩子們幾年來的照片，實在不能忍受格式化硬盤。有沒有高手們能幫我這個忙，謝謝了！！！
