Trojan infection. Please help!

I just found that two copies of firefox installed on my computer. One was installed by myself, the other was very likely installed by my LD. Whenever I try to uninstall the latter, it triggers MSE to detect a comame trojan. There is no problem to run that copy of firefox. I checked the information in "about mozilla firefox", it shows "version 3.5.2" and "firefox for google pack/referral google-cjk-1.1". microsoft security essential and malwarebytes anti-malware cannot detect anything. Please help!
