install chinese software on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

I just got a new HP computer with Pre-loaded "Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit"
as Operating System. But I can not install some chinese software such as "超級兔子快樂影音","金山詞霸"等.When I try to install them will show 亂碼. Anyone know how to solve his problem? Thanks a lot!
