如要重裝係統， the hard drive must be format first. Otherwise, it just waste time and the virus is still happy inside your computer. Try the steps shown below before you decide to re-format your hard drive and re-install your system.


1.go to window sysyem32 and find any files were shown up on the date your computer got infected. repeat this step for all folder that showed up on the same date.

2. write down the names and delete those files

3. search and delete the same file or folder from documents and settings

4. run 'regedit' and search and delete the files for the root, loacal machine, current user....

5. download an anti-malware software (most free) to search for any malwares to help clean up your system

6. re-download IE & firefox, but don't install

7. un-install your current IE and firefox. Remember clean up the root as well.

8. re-boot your PC.

9. install new IE and firefox.
