菜鳥請教各位高人幾個虛擬機的問題

一台desktop, 四核，6G內存，掛了兩塊硬盤(60G, 320G)，想裝兩個係統，一個是windows 7 64-bit ultimate, 另外一個目前還沒定，Snow Leopard或者Linux.

以前找人折騰了幾次，裝的兩個係統是蘋果和vista 64-bit ultimate, 在蘋果上可以虛擬進入vista, 但蘋果下不能click 升級，任何升級都隻能ignore, 不然就會出問題。而且用了沒兩次就不行了。 所以現在對是否裝snow leopard沒底，我自己多半搞不定。所以準備裝linux.

1. 是選擇在linux下虛擬windows 7 還是windows 7下虛擬linux? 就是我先裝哪個然後再在哪個下裝VM，最後裝另外一個？

2. 對裝虛擬機而言，哪個linux版本比較好？Fedora? Ubuntu? 我裝過幾次Ubuntu, 沒問題，裝fedora出過一次問題沒裝上。

3. 虛擬軟件是不是用vmware, 還有其他更簡單方便的嗎？網上有沒有vmware的教程，最好是有圖示的。沒自己裝過vmware, 怕搞不定。

4. 裝了虛擬以後，影響linux或者windows下的3D功能嗎？
