1) you have to set up simply the line1 to sipgate as following:
proxy: sipgate.com
outbound proxy: sipgate.com
register: yes
User Id: your sipuserID ( like 300*******)
Use author ID: yes
Author ID: sipuserID
stun server: stun.sipgate.com:10000
make call without registration: No
ans call without registration: No

2) after test this line working, you can work on your VoipDiscount account.
3) you have varify your phone number to use Voipdiscount, from which VoipDiscount will know where to send your call. Download softphone software from Voipdiscount, install in on your PC, dialing a number from the softphone, using youe sipgate phone number as your own phone .
4) if above worked, you can resetting your line 1 to Voipdiscount, set line 2 to sipgate. the setting is as following:

proxy: sip.voipdiscountcom
outbound proxy: sip.voipdiscount.com
register: yes
User Id: sipgatePhoneNUmber ( or GoogleVoice#)
Use author ID: yes
Author ID: voipdiscountID
make call without registration: No
ans call without registration: No

line 2:
proxy: sip.voipdiscountcom
outbound proxy: sip.voipdiscount.com
register: yes
User Id: sipgatePhoneNUmber ( or GoogleVoice#)
Use author ID: No ( actually both Yes and No working)
Author ID: voipdiscountID
make call without registration: Yes
ans call without registration: No
