如何Maxtor OneTouch4 Mini外接硬盤數據恢複?

昨天我的Maxtor OneTouch4 Mini外接硬盤250GB開始出現error:
Drive E "is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."

在這個硬盤上我存了很多個人資料.我用他們的on-line chatting服務.
1)他們讓我用 Disk Management 去看status狀態, 我看到的狀態是Healthy(Active)
2)接著我被告知services fee starting at $399 and it can go as high as $2500 for a single drive.
3)我告訴他們The drive is for personal use, not for business.他們讓我去download一個SEAGATE FILE RECOVERY軟件(https://services.seagate.com/diysoftware.aspx). 我安裝了軟件.但是隻能恢複文件夾, 不能恢複文件夾裏的mp3格式文件. 我猜想可能我用的是evalution版本的軟件.這個軟件要花$100多錢.

請問:
1)能否給個key?
2)知道有無其它方法恢複數據?
