1. 上網查資料，主要是文字: both will do fine

2. office軟件: no big difference. Laptop will show more of a page due to its larger screen.

3. 中英文字典: no big difference.

4. 必要的時候，可以接大的monitor: both will do.

5. 要求體積小，攜帶方便 netbook has advantage. A very pricy laptop also fit this criteria.

6. 可能會用一些小軟件，比如電子書。 Both will equally well.

到底哪個更適合？還是低檔的laptop比netbook好？

It is really up to you. Based on what you need, both will do well. Laptop has a larger screen but not so easy to carry around as netbook. Fish or bear paws? Not both.
