DELL筆記本中了security tool的毒，請教高手怎麽移除?

女兒的電腦DELL Inspiron 6400 (係統是XP SP2)中了security tool的毒，桌麵上的ICON全都不見了。我想把係統restore到中毒前的日期, 但出現這樣一句話: System Restore has been turned off by group policy. To turn on system restore, contact your domain administrator.

到網查查找解決辦法，發現不少人被security tool流氓軟件困擾。按照建議到 http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm的第278項下載了Restore/enable system restore, 但被阻止運行。

到 http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-security-tool.html這裏下載Automatic Security Tool removal，也被阻止運行。

弄了半天，沒轍了。請教高手怎麽辦?

偶的電腦是SONY VAIO，買的比女兒的還早些，XP係統，我的電腦在system 裏有一個system restore的選項，出了問題，進入safe mode, system restore就解決了。是DELL的電腦沒有system restore, 還是被security tool 給阻止了? 這個security tool真卑鄙，不斷彈出畫麵，要買它的軟件。
