請問IPKall要怎麽設置到PAP2？SS掛了，怎樣才能繼續用GV撥打美國國內電話不限時

看了幾篇新的post，是用GV-> IPKall -> ATA（DDNS），請問要怎麽設置？

另外，SS掛了幾天，現在除了自己架設local SS之外，還有什麽方法可以用GV

不限時撥打美國國內電話？？

請高手指教。。。
