我用Audacity 把我的tape files 變成了audacity project

file, 但我要把它變成mp3 file 卻不成,因為help 上說我隻要到File—export 就可以變成mp3, 但是我打開export 後出來的是Edit metadata, 一點也看不懂, 能否指教?
