現在可以打電話，但是接不到電話，電話總是直接進入VOICE MAIL。並說 this number is not available.

i am using XV6700. (i also can receive message.)

i just called pp, and seemed that they also did not know why. they said maybe signals were not good. but there were 2-3 bars.

Do have any idea on how to solve this? Thank you very much!
