下載東西把12刀給下完了？

1。我都以為在用WIFI，誰知道竟是EVDO，這EVDO也太易用了，什麽提示都沒有就開始了。
2。有沒有地方設置關掉EVDO，或給個提示要使用EVDO。
3。那12刀還能要回來嗎？
