求救: 怎樣才能刪掉這個文件?

在影視版有個國慶的帖子，用BT下載。在

我下載了一點，不想下了，把BT也刪了。但是，下載的部分，卻刪不掉了。發現原來下載下來的folder是READ-ONLY。試圖把這個read-only更改一下，卻不允許（access denied）。

這是怎麽回事？怎樣才能把這個folder刪掉？20G+ 的空間啊
