I call PP but the PP'customer service # is down, and I was told that would be contacted within 2 business day after submitting the support ticket. I have a question about the balance transfer, because while I checked my balance from the new port-in number, it showed balance is 0, but I should still have $65 in the old number. Does PP transfer the balance from the old number to the new port-in number or just take the balance and turn back to 0 to start all over again? Is it the reason the port-in # does not work? Need help!
