I'm using cisco ip phone which comes with ATA inside. In its configuration, there's only "NAT enable" parameter need to be configured. I set it as "enabled"

But in my router configuration, I remember it has one parameter like "keep alive" to set on connection, and its default value is 2 minutes or so. I can double check it tonight.
