AT&T home phone $8 a month?

上次有位網友提到他雖然有VOIP，他仍然保留他$8 一個月的AT&T home phone，以防萬一。 我本來想給我在外州的父母弄VOIP，好像太複雜了。 如果出了什麽問題，我的父母肯定弄不來。我打電話去問AT&T，他們說沒有這麽便宜的，最便宜的是$24.99。有誰知道有關價錢嗎？
