請問，什麽是TCP並發限製和如何解決限製過小。謝謝！

我家2台電腦通過路由器上網，我檢測TCP並發限製，一台電腦TCP並發限製為256，另一台TCP並發限製為10，TCP並發限製為10的這台電腦下載速度很慢。這是什麽原因，怎麽解決這個問題。謝謝各位！
