要在DIAL PLAN裏加上<:@192.168.x.x>

192.168.x.x是運行gvout的電腦的IP。比如原來的dialplan是：

(<:1626>xxxxxxx|<:1>xxxxxxxxxx)

就要變成：

(<:1626>xxxxxxx<:>|<:1>xxxxxxxxxx<:>)

這就表示撥號轉到192.168.x.x上去。

注意gvout有個bug，隻能用5060，用別的port不可靠。
