求救：電腦“優化”後無法啟動

Gateway CX260 本本，Vista Ultimate，一直很好用，但昨天下午速度突然變慢，應用軟件無反應，Frozen，懷疑中毒，用殺毒軟件掃描到60%時就無法往前走，試驗了幾次還是這樣。
於是，用脫網安全方式啟動，殺毒，掃描未發現任何問題。重啟後速度仍然很慢，就用Windows優化大師最新標準版自動優化，記得調整了內存、電池設置，清理注冊表等，中途要求重啟，成功，繼續優化，速度果然變得很快，上了一會兒網就關機睡覺了。結果今天早上開機時，沒有任何反應，所有燈都不亮。
我平時不裝電池，直接用外接電源。
裝上電池後，充電的燈亮了，但是仍然無法啟動。其他燈都不亮，當然屏幕也是黑的。
因為根本沒有辦法開機，所以係統複原等都根本無法進行。
請教各位高手，還有什麽挽救的方法嗎？
