Follow these steps
1. start->run->cmd.exe you'll get a DOS window
2. mkdir c:\wget in your DOS window
3. download http://www.interlog.com/~tcharron/wgetwin-1_5_3_1-binary.zip and decompress it into c:\wget
4. cd c:\wget in your DOS window
5. wget -r http://www.engin.umich.edu/class/ctms/
6. take a coffee or tea
7. your files are in C:\wget\www.engin.umich.edu\class\ctms
