請教 fitwxc：隻有 dial up 也能裝網絡電話嗎？

住在 manhattan，原耒有 free wireless，用了好多年。近耒wireless 不好用了，能看到連上，有訊號進出，就是網頁上出不耒，隻好用 dial up 了。請問，這種情況是否也能裝網絡電話嗎？謝謝指教幫助。
