Not sure what is your question, but, can you simply drag the TM backup file into the bigger disk (assuming which can be plugged into the MAC)? One potential problem with the FAT32 disk is that it can only hold files smaller than 4 or 5 G. If this is a problem, you may have to reformat the disk into MAC HFS format.my 2 c, just fyr.
