Help for Onekey backup application!!!

Hi All, I got big problem for installing a new dell PC, after I finished everything, I try to make a backup for C drive, then click Onekey.exe (11.v12 version), after set sourse drive and destination Drive, then click OK to backup.

It reboot itself, the go to grub>

Even I try quit or exit, still keep in Grub>

Please help me to solve this problem!!
