從Vista降到XP看來很難，請大師們係統說一下

很多菜鳥，大都非電腦專業，還有很多是老年人，英語還不行。而07年左右買的電腦又是Vista，問題不少，現在想退回去XP，或者升級到W7，現在看來不是很容易。因為他們對電腦很不了解，對硬盤也是非常不懂，。。。
希望哪位大師，能不能通俗、係統的說一下，手把手教，圖文並茂最好，看來好像是個初級問題，其實影響還是比較大的。希望出現詳細介紹Vista降級到XP和升級到W7的科普文章，一定會受歡迎的。
