Great article!

One question: As said, the -R format has the advantage of low cost, high compatibility, and efficient defect control. But some newer burners are featuring wrte speed of 8X, and even 16X for the near future, for +R/+RW discs. Is this a real advantage? And what's the viability of this feature?
