OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6.0 發不出郵件， 咋辦？ 求教....

Outlook Express 6.0

以前用的挺好， 【比 OUTLOOK 2003 好】

重裝了一下windows， [WINDOWS XP, SP3]
OE6 發不出 email

怎麽搞的？ 請高手指教。 多謝。

以下error message：
