urgent question on backup files.

計算機起不來了，但有個功能可以backup,已經backup文件到另一個harddrive上了，I am now ready to restore the window(vista) to its manufacture state.

Question：backup files are all in .fbw format, how do I introduce them back to the PC after restoration?
