請教fitwxc,關於自裝網絡電話:

我用SPA1001做ATA,連普通電話. 用voipdiscount.com 打出去. 但是有一個問題想請教:
我打出電話的時候,必須先開電腦,電話才通,否則根本不通.
我不知這是否正常?還是設置不對,還是我的SPA1001有問題. Thanks!
